With the mounting challenges of projects, one of the key challenges that need to be focused on is the partnership between the Project Manager and the Business Analyst. For true project success, both of these members are the heartbeat of the project. We will discuss how the roles overlap, how to ensure you manage the relationship, and how to improve your communication. We will also touch on how you can you learn from each other and help each other succeed. We are teammates, #OneBandOneSound.
