Many businesses and government agencies are using the Kanban Method to manage projects and perform business analysis. During this presentation, I’ll provide a brief overview of what the Kanban Method is, demonstrate how Kanban can be utilized for project management as well as business analysis, and discuss two real-world Kanban systems.

Attendees will walk away with a better understanding of what the Kanban Method is and how it can be used for project management and business analysis.
