Agile software development is a standard practice, but business analysts still struggle to identify their value statement in product development. For the BA transitioning to Agile, do you wonder how to account for the big picture needs when development requirements for each sprint? For the Product Owner or BA on an Agile team, do you wonder how to stay focused on the highest value items? Are you uncertain how to continually stay aligned to the product vision?
Agile development challenges the team to think differently about requirements; business analysts need to know the big picture but also create requirements just in time for development. In this session, we will explore the technique of story mapping to improve story development for each sprint while keeping focused and aligned to the overall product vision.

Can't make it this month?
We meet approximately every month, usually the Wednesday of the month. So if you can't make it this month, hopefully we'll see you at the next meetup. Also, if you have an idea, game, workshop, or story to share with the group, then please contact the organizer to setup a presentation for a future meeting.
